Sophia Birthday Card & Bag for My Sweet Friend

My sweet friend and pastor’s wife’s birthday is today! Happy Birthday Lori!

This is the card I created for her using the beautiful Sophia Level 2 Paper Packet, My Acrylix Tag the Occasion stamp set and Kraft Color-Ready Borders sponged with White Daisy Exclusive Inks Stamp Pad.

I LOVE these rolled paper roses! Don’t you??? They were so easy to create after I watched Christine David’s video tutorial…check it out HERE. I even added some Glitz Stardust Glitter Gel to the flowers to make them sparkle like Christine did to hers. I can’t wait to make some more!

To package up Lori’s presents, I decorated an ordinary craft bag with some ribbon and a focal point embellishment.

I used CTMH’s new 2” circle scallop for the first time…seriously…I just got it last week! It’s amazing and I can’t wait to share more projects with you using it.

I hope you enjoyed this little taste of Spring…that’s what Sophia reminds me of.
