2. Email me at pamela@myctmh.com with your order by September 30, 2009. Let me know whether you will be joining me at one of my local workshops (I will bring your order to the workshop) or whether you’d like your order delivered to your home for you to create the projects on your own. All kits include an instructional workshop guide for you to complete your projects at home.

Once I’ve received your order, I will total your order (shipping & tax apply) and I will email you an invoice which can be paid using a debit or credit card through ProPay (an online payment service). Payment must be received no later than October 3, 2009.
