May 2010 Stamp of the Month Blog Hop!!!

This is one of the cards that will be featured in our Scrapbook Fiesta ‘A Pocketful of Posies’ Card Class this Saturday.

I was inspired to make this card from one featured in the new 2010 Summer Idea Book, which goes live May 1st! It features a new paper packet called Passages which includes the colors Barn Red, Brown Bag and Garden Green. I used the reserve side of one of the B&T Duos and I combined it with Crème Brulee cardstock and ink.

You will also notice that I used the ‘Kiss & Twist’ technique on the posy stamp and I placed a Bitty Sparkle on the ‘40 and counting’ in honor of m 40th birthday this past January.
