I’m ecstatic about the progress I made tonight with my 2011 Project 365! I created two weeks worth of scrapbook layouts and scrapbooked a total of 14 photos in less than an hour!!!
How in the world did I do it, you ask???
I used the free online scrapbooking design software brought to you by Close To My Heart called Studio J!
Since the beginning of the year, I have found so many wonderful projects and challenges to participate in, but it can be a bit overwhelming trying to find the time to do them all and I have the hardest time prioritizing. =) So, I had an idea last night while I was putting some of my new Studio J layouts in an album that I might try creating my 2011 Project 365 in Studio J this year.
{Brilliance, if I do say so myself.}
A weight has been lifted off of me this evening as I was able to get completely caught up (two weeks worth of photos) and I have a plan now.
Here are the Studio J layouts I created this evening in less than an hour…
2011 Project 365 – Week 1
2011 Project 365 – Week 2
For the month of January, I have decided to use the Studio J Exclusive Member Pattern, Birds Eye View with the new Wings Kit. I was able to duplicate the Week 1 layout in my project folder and then change the dates, paper, photos & journaling. I will be choosing a different pattern each month along with a new kit.
Did I mention how relieved I am now, knowing that I can easily stay caught up with this project?
I would love for you to give Studio J a try today. The possibilities are endless!
Congratulations on being caught up with your Project 365 layouts! I was thinking of using Studio J for mine, but when I added up the cost for 52 layouts, I started wondering if it is the best way to print them. Any thoughts?
ReplyDeleteRebecca, since I have a Studio J membership, my plan is to print them out on a monthly basis along with any other Studio J layouts I have created that month. It's the best way budget and to take advantage of the FREE monthly shipping along with getting the high resolution and web JPEGS & FREE memory protectors.
