CTMH Miracle Meets Mojo Monday #185

Alright, I’m a little behind on the Mojo Monday challenges (this one is from 4/4), but I was inspired by this sketch from another CTMH Consultant’s blog and so I wanted to give it a try.

Here is my creation using the Mojo Monday Week #185 Sketch…

2011-04-18_2059

I had actually pulled out my left over Miracle Level 2 Paper Packet scraps to create something using CTMH’s Kraft Cardstock and the My Acrylix Springtime stamp set, but I could'n’t make this stamp set work with Miracle, except for the use of the sentiment, Easter Wishes. Instead of stamps, I used Miracle Dimensional Elements for the focal point flower and leaves. I love the colors in the packet, Crystal Blue, Olive & Colonial White. Oh, I also used a Kraft Color Ready Border for the scalloped border…I layered some Colonial White Cardstock behind it to make it pop.

Ahhhh…just so you know…it feels good to create something. =) Why don’t you set a little time aside for yourself and create something for yourself…or better yet, for someone else. Now…who can I send this too???

I hope you are enjoying your Holy Week and I can’t wait til Good Friday to begin celebrating what my Savior, Jesus Christ has done for me & you!

John 11:25-26
Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. (NIV)

God Bless,

  1. This is a non-traditional Easter card with the earthy colors but I think it looks lovely! It's a neat layout and you've done a beautiful job pulling all the elements of the sketch together. Very Nice!!
