Celebrate Life

The more you praise and celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate. - Oprah Winfrey

It seems to have been quite some time since I have sat down to 'create'. Sure, I've made many beautiful works of art using Close To My Heart's wonderful Workshop on the Go brochures...but it has been a while since I've just gathered some products and started creating with no guidance from other sources. Goodness...it feels good...even if I've only managed to create this one card...LOL!

I love putting all my heart & soul into a project...the more involved...the better.

The pattern for this card came from Jeanette Lynton's Card Confidence Program™ Originals™ - Handcrafted Cards Made Simple. It is called A Message Secured™ and is a 5" x 7" card.

Here are a few close ups of the focal point using My Acrylix™ Celebrate Life stamp set.

I used Liquid Glass on the butterfly and Sparkles on the flowers.

I chose to embellish the inside of this card as well. It seems that many stampers are now doing this...so I thought I'd give it a try. It sure does finish the card off nicely.

The papers used for this project were from the new CTMH Daydream Level 2 Paper Packet in Blush, Lilac Mist, and Sweet Leaf. I also used some White Daisy Textured Cardstock.

I know exactly who will be receiving this card, but I can't tell you yet. :O) I'll let that be a surprise!

Thank you for visiting and may you have a blessed weekend,
