I took off work a little early today for several reasons. The 1st being that it is Mike and I’s 18th anniversary. I’m amazed that it’s been 18 years (19 years since out 1st date, Friday the 13th). I am so grateful for Mike. We have had our fair share of difficulties over the years, but I wouldn’t change any of it because neither one of us would be who we are today. God has been with us through it all and brought us through it all as well.
When I got home, my oldest daughter said it couldn’t be our anniversary because dad had already given me flowers a few weeks ago…
I told her that he did that just because he loves me and it really is our anniversary today, April 13th.
Anyway, the other reason I took off was so I could get everything together for my scrapbook club gatherings that are this week. We will be creating six two-page layouts using CTMH’s Stardust Workshop on the Go. I needed to draw cutting diagrams, make up the class kits and get my things organized….that way I could enjoy Mike and I’s evening together.
Here is a little sampling of what we will be creating Tuesday and Thursday evening. Once I get my journaling done on my pages, I will share some better pictures.
